At the beginning of every new class I take I introduce myself and play a little ice-breaker game with students to learn some of their names and learn something about them. After this I clearly communicate my rules and expectations. Give the respect that you would expect to receive "You create such a positive feeling and environment among the class through your warm and caring personality and approach. Students immediately find confidence in your teaching and respect you from the outset. It was great how you were constantly talking to the students during the class.
